Tag-along / drag-along

John’s analysis of the “tag-along” and “drag-along” provisions in the Shareholders Agreement was instrumental in soliciting bona fide third party interest for the purpose of negotiating an exit on enhanced terms for me as the oppressed minority shareholder. His approach throughout was thorough, strategic and commercial.
